i got a gx10 a few days ago and it turned itself off and now it wont turn back on
i dont have a clue whats wrong

sweeny mate i would suggest to try out another battery or charger if not might need a reflow i think

try holding power button abit longer if turns on then let go off power button if phone turns off u need open up phone remove little battery in it put back phone should be ok after that

did this GX10 come with a sim card, if not have you put in a sim card that has not been enabled for MMS. cos this phone will keep turning itself off and re-booting if sim not enabled for MMS

i think sim has been enabed for mms
ive ordered a new battery which should be here soon

if you havent already got it sorted lmk its under warranty untill just before xmas...if its not sorted ill have a route around for the receipt

i have a gx10 that needs the little battery removed.
I have removed the screws at the bottom(4 of them)but the casing isnt opening at the top near flip.

Can you tell me how to release it without breaking the casing.

i went into local phone shop and they sed theyd have to send it away so ill have to do that
