Ok well I done a deal before christmas for a bloke thats been on my MSN list for a long time now.
Ive no idea who he is however I have his email address and address.
He did not and has yet to pay me the total of £15 due for the CD which was sent specail delivery and received before christmas.
Would begrateful if an admin could check for this address: smcclosk6@hotmail.com
If anyone knows him or his name get in touch please, taking this as far as need be. Its not the money its the fact he's spun me a number lof lines such as "this is pauls wife he has left me" etc etc.

P.S This guy has a very long file of ripping according to a few threads i just had a quick skim through and nothings been done so far about him, so i think theres a pretty slim chance you'll get your own back.
I sent this guy an O2 sim just after Christmas as he told me that his wife/Girlfriend had got a phone, but no sim and like a muppet I sent it before payment. Not received anything and yesterday I was talking to him on MSN for over half an hour and he said he had sent payment via recorded delivery. Said he would send it again, but if you have already sent money you just don't send it again so he obviously never did. Told me last night he would e-mail over his card details and surprise surprise nothing.
