GX10i PC to Phone - Pic Transfer

I have the handset manager downloaded from this sites server but I cant get it to detect handset?

Any suggestions?

Mate imran_786 says that he's done it wiht the GX20 manager and its fine.

Says its only saving in .BMP only tho.

Still good news for any GX10i owners out there enquiring same question.
