ericsson T68 problems

hi peeps got a t68 that only connects to 2 programs to upload photos as a back ground picture

but can`t use a program called SENDFILE phone won`t connect

also tried to upgrade to the T68i but phone yet again won`t connect cables are ok programs are ok as i`ve used the wifes T68i on these

anyone know what could be wrong connections on the bottom of the phone look ok

i`m well p****d off :sad: as i wanted to upgrade this to the T68i

can anybody confirm if the T68 can have themes downloaded from the pc to the phone as i`ve just tried my laptop as its got infra red ...its connects to send file but won`t download themes

so that both my cable and infra red won`t allow download of themes


but my wifes T68i is ok using my cable and infra red
