got the s/ware from server, will this do it?

Try it on another computer mate if you can to determine whether it is a cable or software fault.

Sounds like you are using the Unlocking.net program.

Dont think that supports the gx10i

managed to unlock it using another s/w "Sharp_Unlocker_31", (foriegn s/w)
but now want to unlock gx1, getting the same error message using gx series unlocker?
any help there?

99% sure you can use the same software just select the gx-10 again???!!!
