What system to use?

Right i had a look, and it seems tomtom and route 66 seem to be the better options that are listed in the thread takt29.

route 66 seems to cover the same as tomtom, unless im missing something?

i need to get a gps bluetooth receiver, but there are some that are not compatible with some software? why is this? and what are the better options i should choose from?

also, what should i be paying for the software and receiver?

route66 tends to have a few little extra tweaks than tomtom

BUT ya can`t install your own points of interests on route66 which means NO speed camera warning

i personally prefer tomtom-mobile, its also more straight forward to use compared to route66
