they are excellent mate..i used to use one regularly till we got the flat back they are 100% legal but be careful of cheap ones..worth paying a bit more for a good one and they take up very little room when not in use.
theres one on ebay for 200 quid deliivered which he was looking at-seems cheap when others are making over 260
thanks
I have them coming in 3-5 days got 10 sets.
Used but in excellent condition,
2.5 Tonn Aframe towing dolly very similar to the ones on ebay these are the strap type ones not the chains - the chains ones can damage the rear vechicle - bumper etc, the only worry about these is that you dont turn too course when your reserving/turn in a small areas - it can twist the bars and obvious damage the vechicles, these also come with a braking system, extension bars for longer vechicles,
and also to be 100% legal on the road you need lights that i also have coming, i have 6 buyers already lined up for these, so you could say there well know for there excellence!
I have the loop end type with the bolt on tow bar end.
There brilliant m8 no need for a driver in the rear vechicle.
£220 delivered
would the straps not wear quicker mate
have you the 3.5 ton at all --someone said you only need 2 triangular reflectors at the rear of the towed car to be road legal?
thanks
surely its like any towing reg bar to be legal -
two triangles
side & brake lights
number plate with numberplate lights
indicators??
that what i though too- like a similar device to a portable tailboard

Yes these are portable tailboards the same ones you have to use when using a trailer,
I only have the 2.5 tonn im afriad, can't seem to get any 3.5 tonn ones and ive been told there very heavy anyway, the scraps on these are very strong its like anything its wears but for the price on new straps £10-£15 brand new!, i have been using my Aframe regularly for over a year & never had to change the scraps no sign of wear either, i wouldnt touch the chain ones - and im NOT just saying this to make you buy! its because i have many friends who deal with cars and buy from auctions etc every week and they HAD chain ones and they just damage the vechicles in the end they lost out on money due to damage. If you m8 has a recovery truck these Aframe i have forsale are fitted with a built in braking system for you hand brake so when you m8 put on the hand brake in his truck it also put a handbrake on the Aframe for extra safety this handbrake/braking system can also be taking off if hes just using it for a car/van etc.
These Aframe are the better ones out the lot! solomatic breakdown recovery unit! AA use the same ones, and AA/RAC wont use poor grade tools!
Bargain at £220 delivered - cost me £33.25 to post it by parcel force 48hr!
