?gx 30 unlock, handset code?

had a lady bring 1 in today ,unlocked it with superclip, put a sim in , now is asking for handset unlock code, , tried 1234 not this tried 0000 not ,this, just want to check b4 customer picks up tommorrow, this code is obviously ,the one her daughter has put in the phone, when unlocked with superclip, does this not change handset code? if not she would need to get this code from her daughter???????????????? any tips anyone plz?

I have done many gx30's on superclip and never had a handset code problem so i reckon it is just what they set it too! Sure everything will be fine mate :elephant:

does that full format thing not work on the gx 30 ?
once you get test mode just input a 9 i think and it completely formats the phone ?
i can send you the details of how to do it with the gx10 i?

Try 9999

If still no joy, do unlock with superclip and with the **** on screen, press 1, 99, 1 and 1 and that will reformat handset and reset code 0000

lol yes karl but it was a question about unlocking, a sharp??????????(is this not in the advice for unlocking n flashing section)??????? or could it be either?

UPDATE, CUSTOMER CAME IN, and got the code from daughter.thxs for all help.
