The software I have got is the one with the alcatel emulator and the red and green lights etc.

Well it seems as though I'm doomed I can't seem to get the logger to work on the phone, I ask it to read phone and it just comes up with scanning, will try again tomorrow. Thanks for all your help Flex.

Make a log, and open it in the map creato posted above.
Won't cost you a penny then.:D

@Rude I finally managed to make a log but then when I try to open it it just says error in log, any more ideas, I must log off for tonight must be up at 03:45 for work. Thanks all.

Excellent phone now unlocked!! Thanks for all your help especially to Flex, yes I was too tired last night to persevere now unlocked with the 2 proggies above, the secret was not to open the log file, just kept getting errors?

The secret is to leave 2 blank lines at the bottom.;)

I tried leaving 2 blank lines in log file still would not open comes up with error in log file, no matter though put it in manually and it seems to work well. Thanks anyway.
