3330 upgrade problem

i have a 3330 that freezes when u go into games, i tried a factory reset thru cable whcih did nothing, so i upgraded the software to 4.50 and the software is good but it still freezes at games? is there anything else i can do or a higher software version?

when you upgraded it did you use knok v2.2 too update the faid, factory settings etc.........
