Ericsson A1018s Problem

Pls how do I solve the problem with this set?
It shows "Insert Correct SIM Card" with or without
SIM card?
The version is 99W22 KRC 114 1177/89 R1A

Tried to unlock it, no luck.
But I wrote another eeprom to it and then flashed it
Voila!! The phone now works normally and it is unlocked

there are no flash files for 1018 at your site, there's only the ATR unlocker, to save flash files using ATR I tried but does not respond, pliz advise.

I have never flashed one so i have never tried to read the phone.
